Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Stud N Snap, all our products are tailored and made specially according to customer requirements. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

📦 Return Policy

We only accept returns or replacements if the product is received damaged or defective.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Dislike of the product/design after delivery
  • Change of mind
  • Color/design expectations
  • Personalized/customized products once created

Before placing the order, customers can ask for product photos, design previews, or clarification to ensure satisfaction with the design and product details.

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video for Damage Claims

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must provide:

  • A proper unboxing video
  • The video should be continuous without cuts or edits
  • The shipping label and package should be clearly visible in the video

Without a proper unboxing video, damage or defect claims will not be accepted.

💰 Partial COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

For Partial COD orders, a small amount is paid in advance and the remaining amount is paid at delivery.

  • If the parcel is refused or returned by the customer, the advance payment is non-refundable.
  • One resend attempt can be provided after the customer pays the return and reshipping charges.

🚚 Lost Shipment

If the parcel is lost during transit:

  • Customer can choose either a free resend or a refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–9 business days after confirmation from the courier partner.

📍 Incorrect Address / Customer Unavailable

If the parcel is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Customer unavailable/unreachable

Then the customer will need to pay the shipping charges for resending the parcel.
